A website design project starts with understanding what the site needs to do. Not what it needs to look like, what it needs to do. Who is visiting, what do they need to find, what action should they take, and what is currently stopping them. The design decisions follow from those answers.
We design in Figma and deliver complete, annotated files that developers can actually use. That means component states, hover states, responsive behaviour documented, spacing and typography specifications, and interactive prototypes for anything that requires explanation. We have seen too many design projects get handed off as a collection of static mockups with no documentation and no thought given to how they would be built.
