Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this site or placing an order you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept, please do not proceed with a purchase.

3. Nature of Services

All services offered by Rosie's Designs are delivered entirely in digital format. Deliverables are provided via Figma files, email, shared links, or other agreed digital channels. No physical delivery is involved.

4. Payment Structure

For project services: a 50% deposit is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due on final delivery. For the Signature package, a three-stage payment plan is available on request.

All payments are in Euros (EUR) via Stripe. We do not store your credit card data.

5. Revisions

The number of revisions included in each package is specified in the service description. Additional revisions beyond the included limit will be billed at the hourly rate of EUR 34.60/h.

6. Intellectual Property

All project materials (sketches, drafts, working files) remain the property of Rosie's Designs until full payment is complete. On full payment, commercial usage rights transfer to the client. Rosie's Designs reserves the right to show completed work in its portfolio.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rosie's Designs is not liable for commercial outcomes resulting from use of delivered materials. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Brescia have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute.
