Rosie's Designs is committed to delivering high-quality design work that matches the agreed brief. If you are dissatisfied, we invite you to contact us before initiating any formal dispute.
The 50% deposit paid to start a project is refundable if the project has not yet started (no discovery session held, no strategy document delivered). You must request the refund within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days, minus Stripe transaction fees (approximately 1.4-2.9% + 0.25 EUR).
Once work has started (discovery session completed, strategy commenced, or design concepts produced), the deposit is non-refundable as it covers work already performed. The remaining 50% balance is not owed on cancellation after start.
If the delivered work materially does not match the signed brief, notify us within 14 days of delivery at ciao@rosies-designs.com. We will review the case and, where appropriate, carry out necessary revisions at no charge or issue a proportional partial refund.
Add-ons (social media kit, style guide, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered. Unused support hours expire without refund after 90 days from purchase.
Send an email to ciao@rosies-designs.com with subject "Refund - [project name]" and a description of the reason. We will respond within 2 business days.
